Secure Shopping
Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order is complete, your bank details are no longer on our website.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. Please note that our website uses cookies to help with our web analysis.
Delivery Promise
All orders are normally dispatched to the delivery address that you supply within 2 working days of receipt.
If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised dIspatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited prior to dIspatch of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Between 27th August - 22nd November 2024 all orders will be dispatched once a week, usually Wednesday or Thursday.

Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Postage Costs
FREE UK Delivery
UK postage is sent out using Royal Mail Standard Second Class post.
Since Brexit, we are unable to send any International mail.
Returns
If you change your mind about your order after it has already been dispatched, we will accept the return of any items only if they are unused and returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less our delivery costs). You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
Undelivered Packages
If a package has been dispatched by us, but the buyer wasn't available for delivery of the package and didn't follow up any requests for re-delivery from the postal service, or collected in person, therefore the package being returned to us, then the cost of postage for the package to be dispatched by us again will be paid by the buyer.
Alternatively, if the buyer would prefer a refund for the goods purchased, the cost of the initial postage will be deducted from the refund payment. If the products purchased came with free delivery, the cost of the initial delivery charges which were discounted would also be deducted from the refund payment.

Animal Testing Policy
We do not test any of our products on animals and never have done.
We operate a fixed cut-off date for animal testing on products and ingredients. This means that we do not purchase any ingredients that have been tested on animals.
Our cut-off date is 11/03/2013.
My Natural Skincare Cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website.
My Natural Skincare Cannot be held responsible for jewellery tarnishing due to the sulphur content in our products.
